Terms & payment (summary)
Payment schedule: Monthly retainer/package fee due 1st of each month, in advance. À la carte jump-in overages invoiced end of month, Net 15. Bank transfer.
Independent contractor: Services provided by Jace Ardiel as independent contractor. Confidentiality of client information and campaign data is maintained.
Asset ownership: Ambassador accounts and campaign assets remain the property of the Consultant.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
